We perform vacation home watch for a select number of clients. Our fee is approximately $25.00 per visit & can vary depending on the size & location of your home & the services you require.

Our typical inspection is performed on a weekly basis and includes; visual inspection of the property inside & out, observation of the pool, check operation of appliance & A/C, run all faucets, & check water level in golf cart battery.

We can water plants, run cars, put in & set up patio furniture, arrange for interior & exterior cleaning before your return, & forward mail as needed.

My extensive background in construction enables me to take care of small issues that may arise & supervise contracted repairs representing your interests in a knowledgeable way.
